RESIDENT Benefit Package

In an effort to provide routine services commonly required in all rental properties Main Street Property Management offers a standard Resident Benefit Package as a mandatory inclusion with all lease agreements. Details of the additional benefits provided by the RBP are included below.

The Resident Benefit Package is required on all Main Street Property Management leases. Monthly charge for the RBP is $37.00 per month. If you chose to provide your own renter’s insurance policy through the RBP portal, the RBP is reduced to $26.05 per month.

Included in the Resident Benefit Package

• Liability and Personal Contents Insurance
  • The RBP provides for a master insurance policy listing each tenant as an additional insured in the event of a covered claim, satisfying the lease requirement of renter’s insurance coverage.
  • Coverage Limits: $100,000 liability | $10,000 personal contents | $500 deductible
  • Notice: Resident Benefit Package only fulfills your obligation to the insurance requirement listed in your lease agreement. Tenants should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs.
  • Additional coverage can be purchased through http://insurance.residentforms.com/
  • Tenants can elect to secure their own renter’s insurance policy and submit that policy for approval at: http://insurance.residentforms.com/. If this policy is cancelled or expires, the policy offered under the RBP will be immediately reactivated.
• Second Nature Filter Delivery Maintenance Program
  • HVAC filter replacement is a requirement under your lease agreement – routinely changing your a/c filters keeps your air cleaner and can decrease your utility bills by as much as 15%
  • Included in the RBP, you’ll receive free delivery of HVAC filters every 60 days directly to your doorstep
• $1,000,000 Identity Protection
  • 1 in 4 Americans are victims of identity fraud. All adult leaseholders get $1,000,000 coverage backed by AIF, monitoring through IBM’s Watson, and a dedicated, US-based Identity Restoration Specialist.
• Resident Rewards Program

• 24/7 emergency maintenance support
  • A live, local person will be available 24/7 to respond to emergency maintenance requests. If experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
• One-time waiver of late fee or NSF fee
  • We understand inconvenient things can happen at inconvenient times. Part of the RBP includes a one-time waive of late fee or NSF fee up to $75.00.
• Credit reporting
  • You can finally take advantage of all the times you’ve paid rent on time – the RBP includes free credit reporting to TransUnion of all rent payments to help you build your credit
