Luke is the Broker-Owner of Main Street Property Management and has been managing rental properties since 2008. He currently serves as Chapter President of the NARPM Northwest Florida Chapter and is also an active real estate investor himself, helping him see things from an owner’s perspective. Born and raised in Pensacola, Luke attended both Pensacola State College and the University of West Florida and remains active with the local community. Outside of work, he spends as much time as possible with his wife and daughter, usually traveling or enjoying the outdoors. As a family, they’re big on staying active and regularly participate in running and biking races throughout the area. Luke is also heavily involved in the Pensacola triathlon scene, with completing an Ironman ranking as his proudest race accomplishment.

A Panhandle native, she has been working in property management since 2014, bringing deep local knowledge and hands-on experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Recreation & Resort Management with a minor in Business Management from the University of West Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active on the softball field or disc golf courses with her husband, and spending quality time with her two boys and the family dogs.

I have over 41 years of experience in Customer Service including 9 years in Property Management and Real Estate, with the majority of my life spent living and working in Florida and Georgia. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy international travel, playing the piano, and horseback riding. My favorite moments are spent visiting my grandchildren in Georgia and enjoying quiet evenings at home with my dog and a good film.

Martin works on the Intake, review, complete and screen prospective tenant applications, Coordinate the tenant leasing and move in processes, Coordinate lease renewal processes, Coordinate tenant move-out processes, Answer incoming phone calls, Respond to email communication and text messaging and direct to appropriate parties, and Additional projects and tasks, as needed.
I love my job, I enjoy working with our team, they are incredible peoples, friendly, and enjoys spending time with his family, love watching scare movies, and loves Reading books.

As a Maintenance Coordinator at a property management company, he plays a key role in ensuring properties are well maintained and operations run smoothly. With over two years at the company, he coordinates maintenance requests, works closely with vendors and technicians, and helps ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring music, diving into video games, and watching movies as well as spending time with his dogs.

Carlos Calderon serves as a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator at Main Street Property Management, playing a vital role in keeping our properties running smoothly and efficiently. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Carlos works closely with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. He is committed to coordinating repairs quickly, minimizing disruptions, and protecting the quality and value of the homes we manage. Carlos takes pride in delivering dependable service and helping create a positive experience for both residents and owners.

Michael is a dedicated Property Inspector at Main Street, known for his keen eye, thorough inspections, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. Born and raised in the area, he takes great pride in the community he serves and brings a strong sense of responsibility and care to every inspection.
A proud veteran, Michael brings discipline, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset to everything he does. Outside of work, he’s a devoted dog lover who enjoys spending time with his pups, tackling carpentry projects, and cooking meals in his free time. Most importantly, Michael deeply values his family and loves his wife very much—something that grounds him and motivates him both personally and professionally.

Alex is the Front Office Manager at Main Street and the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly from the moment you walk in or reach out. Known for his organization, communication skills, and calm under pressure, Alex plays a key role in keeping the front office efficient, welcoming, and on point every day.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys reading adventure books along with manga, playing video games, and discovering his next favorite snack (anything potato related). He’s also a proud cat enthusiast—always happy to talk about cats, share stories, or appreciate a good feline moment. Whether he’s managing the front office or unwinding after hours, Alex brings a thoughtful, upbeat energy to everything he does.
