Main Street Properties specializes in single and multi-family residential property management and commercial property management in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Every single one of our property managers is a licensed Realtor and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers dedicated to serving our clients investment needs. Unlike most property management offices, we DO NOT list or sell properties in-house so each one of our Portfolio Managers are focusing 100% of their efforts on effective managing properties.

Services Overview

Graph Marketing: A proven advertising and marketing campaign to include but not limited to:

  • FOR RENT: Main Street Properties sign and electronic lock box placed on vacant properties within 24 hours.

  • ForRentPensacola.com: Our company website that has all of our current active properties for rent and receives new visitors every day.
  • HomeSnap.com: Pensacola Association of Realtor’s public site, reaching thousands of visitors everyday
  • RENTALS.com, ZILLOW.com, TRULIA.com; AHRN.com, APARTMENTS.com; HOMES.com and 13 other syndicated rental websites.
Accounting Accounting: We have a complete accounting department who will provide the following services:
  • Collection of all rents
  • Disburse proceeds electronically
  • Monthly accounting statement sent via email and available through your online portal
  • End of year reporting
  • Provide IRS Form 1099 for taxes

Toolbox Maintenance: To provide better quality, faster service time, and discounted prices we utilize a network of preferred vendors that we have vetted and tested; all are licensed and insured and we charge NO MARKUP on maintenance. 

  • Detailed review inside and outside of property
  • Update owners on maintenance issues and property condition
  • Make all needed repairs whether minor or emergency
  • Handle Tenant repair requests
  • Perform final walk-through when Tenant vacates

Application Application Process: After receiving an application from a prospective Tenant, all applications are screened through:

Lease Agreement Lease Agreements: When a Tenant is approved, we use customized lease agreement which provides the following:
